Why do you love to Dance?: It is fun and Entertaining. Also I am a ball full of Energy.

Favorite thing about Sunflower State Dance?: All of the teachers. I also like all of the dances and costumes.

FALL in love with Dance

It's starting to get colder and colder outside! More and more time will be spent inside.

If you are anything like me, you would prefer to hibernate during the winter! But keeping physically and mentally active keeps me going through those cold days. Not to mention keeping fit through the holiday season!

How will you keep active this winter?
